The full North Carolina personal-lines rate record — homeowners, dwelling, auto, and mobile home — with every figure linked to the Rate Bureau circular, settlement, or Department of Insurance order it came from. Everything below is free to reuse. The compiled figures on this site may be reused freely, including commercially, with attribution. The underlying documents are public records of the North Carolina Rate Bureau and the North Carolina Department of Insurance.

How to cite

Every chart carries a "Cite this" control that copies a formatted citation with the page URL and your access date. For the archive as a whole:

All-series CSVs

Machine-readable exports of the whole record, generated from the same rows the pages render.

One row per filing: line, filed date, requested percent, approved percent, status, effective dates, source URL.

One row per reported series value: series key, year, value, source URL. Includes the consent-to-rate series.

Per-county datasheets

A one-page, print-ready sheet for each of North Carolina's 100 counties: the rate territory, the Form 3 base premium, the approved change per line with effective dates, and the sources. Open the sheet and print or save as PDF.
