After a public comment period and a scheduled hearing, the Department of Insurance and the Bureau settled at a 15.0% statewide average, phased as 7.5% on June 1, 2025 and 7.5% on June 1, 2026. The settlement also bars a new homeowners rate filing before June 1, 2027.
